How long does it take in the Borrower’s Defense process?

I submitted a Borrower’s Defense Loan Discharge Application.

To anyone who has also submitted an application, how long did it take to hear any updates or processing information about your case? I know it can take a long time to see the money if it’s approved but how long did it take to see any kind of general update?
