Why don’t they use their enormous savings that they’ve built up by selling millions upon millions of barrels of oil for decades? Oh wait, that’s only the elites and rich business owners that hoard wealth while the country gets huge international loans to fund the building of gargantuan islands, indoor ski courses, etc.
