So after much deliberation between the Amex Green (AF$15) and Blue Cash Preferred (AF $95) and Blue Cash Everyday Card (no AF) I’ve decided to do the Blue Cash Everyday card.

I wanted either the Gold or Mirror Plat but I never travel, or hardly get in a place and I live in a rural part of America to public transportation is slim so despite the fact that I could pay the AF those two cards made no sense apart from the fact I’d love a Metal card.

I shop a lot are grocery stores and use a fair amount of gas and do a lot of clothes shopping on line so the 3% back on pretty much a lot was a no brainer.

Does anyone have experience with BCE card and did you find anything better?

    1. We have 2 Citi Custom Cash. One os dedicated to groceries and the other to gas. For a single person, you can product change something like the Citi Double Cash to get a second Custom Cash. I do have the AmEx also, but don’t use it much anymore.

    2. The BCE is a solid card: It has useful rewards categories and no AF. Plus Amex is generous with CLIs if you have a strong credit profile.

My BCE was my first Amex credit card, and I use it for gas and for online purchases (other than Amazon, I have the Chase Prime card for that).
