Why do your bears look like brown hippos who put their face into a pot of Nutella?

God Damnet, why do I resonate with this so much? Why must I be so gay, and so, so, bearish?

Seriously bro, being a bear is so gay. Bought lotto Monday $705p in case things went south this weekend. They literally re-closed the straight responsible for 20% of global oil, United States Navy fired fucking cannons on another ship, Iran retailates with multiple drone attacks.

Legit 100x worse than what I was even hoping for and we’re down -0.56%.

So if memory serves right, Friday ended high on the news of the straight opening all day, likely insiders bought puts before close. Literally right after the markets close, so did the straight. Trumps says he’ll blow up Iran over the weekend. Markets will open lower. In time for insiders to sell their Friday puts, trump will pull another taco move, and markets will be up by end of day. Insiders profit again.

What defines a bull? I am invested heavily in oil and gas, electrical grid infrastructure and modernization, electrification materials (aluminum, copper, uranium, etc.), and renewables because I believe this war will both continue to drive oil and gas prices higher, but also fuel a shift towards nations investing in energy independence and renewables. I own basically zero Reddit tier meme stocks or AI anything (other than companies proving their electricity). Am I a bear-bull, a bull-bear or just gay-gay?
