So I pay my card off every month this month I called and they removed the feature to pay on the phone and force me to speak to someone. When I speak to someone the are asking for a TON of personal information then after giving the literally everything they claim I still can’t pay them and that they need to send me a letter to my address to verify it’s me. Meanwhile I’m still able spend on the card like normal but they just wont accept my payment? How does this make any sense?

Bank is citi bank. Payment is due today…
Can you not pay online? I pay all my cards through the app, it’s easier to verify the payment was confirmed and received there.
Can you go to a library and use a computer to pay or something? Is there a reason you must pay over the phone?
Don’t pay and delete the app. Problem fixed!
