I'm curious if I can get life insurance after having a potential serious medical finding. So right now I'm waiting to do an ultrasound, and other tests, but very good chance of cancer. Will anyone cover me? I have also been in a suboxone program for 15 years, and that's part of the reason I'm not covered now, as many carriers wanted me to stop the program to cover me. I'm not sure policy amount. No more than 50 to 100k. But if its life threatening or terminal is the time passed to get covered?

Life insurance policies generally have a “look back period” which is usually 1-3 years if I’m remembering correctly. Basically, if you die during that period they can/will get all medical records and compare that with your application and your insurability. If you lied or you were an unacceptable risk because of info not disclosed, they’ll cancel the policy and refund any premiums paid.
If you’re fully honest with everything and a carrier accepts you, I imagine the premium would be outrageous and you’re much better off stashing money away.
An application for life insurance is going to ask a lot of medical questions. See sample:

It’s also likely that the company will get your medical records.
If you reveal the information that you have revealed here, I doubt that you will be able to buy any life insurance at all.
And if you conceal the medical information, you’ll need to live at least the two years of the contestability period.
