If you’ve got multiple verticals being highlighted — AI, RWA, DeFi, infra, payments — the interesting part isn’t who wins, it’s where attention and resources are concentrating. That’s usually where talent and capital start aligning before narratives fully form.

We’ve seen that before with DeFi and NFTs — the signals were there early, just scattered. When they start getting organized and recognized across the industry, it tends to mean the groundwork is already being laid.

That said, not every “hot” vertical turns into a dominant narrative. Some get overhyped, others quietly build and explode later.
