Looking to start a party/music events business any advice?

Planning on starting a party events business because I saw a lack of niche events in my city and theres lots of opportunity here for me. I've hosted parties before and got 100+ people to attend but thats a house party but im mentioning that only because im good on the marketing aspect. Ive also got more than enough money to invest into this. My main questions are:

How do I go about finding venues, do I pay for the room or is it free and they get shares from the bar?

Assistants? How much would i pay and their duties (already have an idea)

I cant really think of anything else rn but let me know
