Tried for months to get an upgrade on my Platinum and the app and support never offered me anything, got it switched to Savor doing this.
Adding '/productupgrade' to the end of the URL on the account page still let's you see invisible upgrade offers with Capital One

Yo this actually worked for me too, got my Quicksilver bumped to something better last year using this trick. Capital One’s upgrade system is weird as hell – like they have offers sitting there but just don’t show them to you normally
Been using this hack for while now, usually check it every few months to see what’s available. Sometimes there’s nothing, but when there is an offer it’s usually decent. Customer service reps probably don’t even know about half the stuff that shows up in that hidden page
Makes you wonder how many people are missing out on upgrades just because the normal interface doesn’t display them properly
As well as downgrades too, as I can see downgrade paths for my VX. Thanks for this
