Got into a car accident in January that totaled my car. Airbag deployed, went to ER in ambulance and am now in a 12 week chiropractic care. My bills are around $4,500 so far.
So with a pain and suffering soft tissue claim, how much do you guys think my settlement would be. Lol chat gpt was telling me $8k-$13k but after reading some other stuff I feel like I’ll be lucky to even get $5k…..what yall think?

It’s unlikely to be much higher than the ChatGPT estimate without objective MRI findings and an injection recommendation.
A couple thousand, and you’re wasting your time with this chiropractor shit.
The fact that you’re going to a chiropractor, means there’s nothing wrong with you.
