college grad loan refinance, should i jump in now?

graduated with my comms degree and bam, 35k loans feel way heavier now that rent's due. midwest living chews thru my first paycheck, groceries alone kill me, let alone payments. college grad loan refinance pops up everywhere as an interest saver, but i'm sweating the forgiveness trade-off and any credit hit.
