FT: Russia is planning to halt the flow of Kazakh oil to Germany, threatening a refinery that supplies supplies 90% of the petrol, kerosene and heating fuel to the German capital, its airport and surrounding region.

Funny thing is all these oil hits to russia has been having no effect on oil futures. Russia can say they are out of oil altogether and a trump tweet will still cause oil futures to drop.

The USSR had a long history of cutting of fuel pipelines to republics that offended it for whatever reason. They weaponized oil and gas.
Anyone who becomes pipeline dependent on Russia is a fool, just asking for a crisis to happen in the winter.
Russia will block Kazakh oil exports via the Druzhba pipeline, and Ukraine will block it at sea.
