I was involved in an auto-accident in Florida. Other driver 100% at fault also got cited by the police. I saved his life with my reaction. Both vehicles will 100% be totaled.

I reached out to a lawyer, it's being handled. In the meantime, knowing the mandatory in Florida is not great, I was wondering if anyone can take a wild guess as to what the other driver may have had for insurance, pure speculation, I'm ok with that.

Other driver was a 92 year old male driving a mid 2010s Ford sedan of some sort, kind of looks like a fiesta, but a sedan.

I was driving a Kia K5, base trim with short of 6k miles on the odometer.

Am I likely looking at someone with the mandatory $10K property damage liability, or would you say considering his age he'll have proper insurance?

Pleas don't overthink this, I'm not holding you liable to figures, speak your mind.
