Head’s up. Not sure how often this happens, but I made my full automatic payment last month but due to a “glitch” 4 of my loans expected double payments last month so I was delinquent on my loans. I just spent an hour on the phone with customer service and she had to use two months of voluntary forbearance to make it not show me as delinquent.

    Also, I got a notice that I need to reapply for IDR and if I don’t my bill will “increase” to… an amount that is lower than my current amount. It’s very confusing and disorganized and the first two times I called customer service the robot hung up on me! The customer service agent was very good, polite and hard working.
