Is there a simple way to actually spend Bitcoin on real-world items?
Not gift cards or services, but things like cars or equipment.
Or is Bitcoin mostly just held and not really used for purchases?

You can ask the boys who bought bags of weed on Silk Road, if they could go back would they choose to get stoned AF or keep the BTC lol
Enter “retailers that support bitcoin” in your favorite search engine. There are more than you may think. As far as buying a vehicle, that may be something you have to negotiate in person, but I haven’t bought a vehicle in a while.
