In 2022, I was rear-ended in a traffic accident. I created a claim with my own insurance and forgot about it. While checking my old account I noticed they sent a $1000 deductible check to an address I used to live at about six months ago, but I have no connection to that address. Do I have the right to receive this payment? It takes hours to reach the insurance company by phone.
