using localcoinswap and buying with a vanillagifts visa card, the seller has no previous trades and these are the terms
- Receipt not required.
- Escrow will be released after I verify the balance and use the card.
- If I have a reason to suspect that the card is stolen or not in your possession, you will be asked to cancel the trade.
- If you are in a rush, please find another vendor. I don't like impatient people
this is the only offer i can find with a low enough limit and low enough upcharge. it seems shady but im desperate
