I do the building, you do the social media marketing / creative. I have great ideas and I can build all day, but I need someone good who loves the marketing part. I have 10 years of experience as a senior dev and have all the time in the world now. 50/50 split for a full time dedicated partner.

Just pay the salary, and you will find someone. I am a marketer and entrepreneur as well, so I can tell you that enthusiasm is not something you can rely on when working with unknown people.
