If you missed 1900s, are you buying here or waiting for a pullback?

I'm sick of worrying about my portfolio of stocks, and plan on selling some positions to simplify things and put more into ETH. My cost average is not great at ~3900 so I am definitely trying to average that down. I wanted to buy more at 1850/1900 but thought I would need the cash I had set aside. Now I'm feeling like we won't see those prices again. Are you buying aggressively here or waiting for a pullback?

Tl;dr: is 1900 gone forever? Are you buying now? Asking the non-DCA-only crowd.
