I am selling my 2 bed one bath condo in the Chicago suburbs. I had a buyer who backed out because he was trying to scam the HOA into renting even though renting isn’t allowed. and now I need to find a new buyer who will purchase it. Any tips for how to sell fast? I have an experienced agent who is helping me a lot. I have posted it online forums but haven’t gotten anything. Help! Thanks!

There is no magic formula that you are missing. You want to sell fast? It has to be a bargain
