If you look at this report and go to page 10 it shows the current Jet Fuel figures.

The bottom right graph is PADD 5 which is the West Coast. This shows that Jet Fuel inventories for the West Coast are close to 5 years highs and the country as a whole (top left graph) is actually above the 5 year range.
So yeah, for now at least the US is well supplied with Jet Fuel, although California itself might have started to dip.
EDIT: Now if you look at page 9 you can see Diesel stocks are at the bottom or even below the 5 years range which is why you’re seeing such high diesel prices.

Why is it California’s jet fuel? Isn’t it the private companies that buy and sell jet fuel that are at a 3year low?
