55 yr old 4 million in ESOP account/fully vested. Struggling with the idea of leaving the company and retiring early. Is this a no brainer? Stock price is about to level off next year.

Read the ESOP plan and see what the buyout terms will be if you leave. Will there be a way to access funds before 59 1/2?
Meet with a financial planner to work everything out. Its a big enough decision, and the peace of mind is worth a small expense.
