42Macro and KISS strategy looking for subscriber feedback?

I have followed 42 Macro for a while and it seems interesting. I wonder if anyone here is a subscriber who could provide their impressions of the service–quality and if the strategy actually works in practice. I am not asking for any info that would be behind the paywall. I have always been a buy and hold person so not sure it is for me.
