Anyone using Wise to make loan repayments?

I'm currently on SAVE, considering moving to RAP in July. The thing is, I no longer live in the US, and I don't have a US bank account. On RAP there is a minimum payment, so I for sure will need to make monthly payments to my loan servicer (Aidvantage). I'm looking at Wise as an option to make monthly payments, because although it's not a bank account in the traditional sense, you can set your account to US currency and have a routing number and account number just like any regular US bank account.

Does anyone have any experience of actually using Wise to make loan repayments? I'm a bit nervous about switching to RAP only to find that I don't have any way to make the monthly transfers.

I would also be interested in hearing any other approaches people are using to make loan repayments without a US bank account.
