Any DPs of using the Citi Strata Elite splurge credit on Best Buy to buy digital gift cards for Hotels.com, Airbnb, Marriott, Delta, or Southwest (or any other travel related site)?

Were you successfully able to redeem the splurge credit when buying a digital gift card from Best Buy for these sites? I have a few trips planned and this would be a great way to get cash-like value out of the card.
