With 200k usd i want to start a fintech in Ireland/UK but for initial tears say 10 years until company net-worth crosses 10-20M i don’t want to pay any corporation taxes or any other major taxes. What are my options. Please guide me in the right direction.
- Isle of man: not sure if irish/uk govt will allow
- Cayman islands: the no of employee you higher is high
- Singapore: 1M + is needed and lots of compliance
- Hongkong: Chinese jurisdiction which i fear it will he a red tape.
- Any other easy offshore destinations with US treaty and strong security guarantees?
Ruled out dubai etc due to latest war

I would set up an E102 Hybrid Trust located in Guernsey. they have a reciprocal tax offset agreement with most fiduciary investment bodies in Ireland. Nil taxes on turnover over 2m euro for the first three years. Downside is negative gearing is not allowed.
