And yes…. I'm aware the answer is probably "number go down". But I'm more interested in the later stages of the recession.

    For example, corporate bonds actually recovered earlier in the 2008 crash than stocks. Do you think we will see something similar, where Ethereum bottoms a little earlier than stocks? Or will Ethereum take longer to recover?

    How will Ethereum likely fare in the upcoming recession?

      Tbh I don’t think ETH neatly follows stocks like that early in a recession it’ll probably get hit harder since it’s still seen as a risk asset, but later on it *could* bounce faster if liquidity comes back and the narrative shifts (like rate cuts, money printing, etc).

      So yeah, short term = pain, but recovery might actually front-run stocks if the macro flips bullish for risk again.
