I've opened a few credit cards last year to cover different categories of spending. I want to start the chase trifecta to build up points over time and rely less on cashback rewards. I got bilt as one of the cards last year. With it changing over to 2.0 I decided to leave it as autograph and not use it instead.
When I increased my credit limits recently, I didn't know WF did hard checks for that.
I opened freedom unlimited but ik the 5/24 rule exists but stuff says its for accounts not checks. Should i try to get the flex or just wait longer?
I plan to wait a few years before going for a sapphire. Credit is about 730 after the new card approval. I want to have the two to build up points and have the checks resolve in a couple years.
Should I wait or risk or what?
Is it possible to get chase freedom flex with 4 new cards and 1 hard check

5/24 is for new accounts only. Chase generally doesn’t care about inquries.
You said you have 4 “new cards.” What matters is how many accounts you’ve opened in the last 24 months.
