I would rather have very few high quality clothes than a bunch of assorted junk filling up my dresser drawers.

Like seriously I dont think I can understate I hate people having way too many clothes. I mean I get it for some that style differently and have different outfits.

But for me I've had this sort of realization that I hate having my drawers filled with pure junk that doesn't even last long.

And that doesn't even begin my gripes with the "fashion" industry.

Instead of having few high quality clothes that we could get for cheaper instead we have an industry filled with bad practices and junk and overseas made clothing which makes actually good high quality stuff made where you live more expensive. It really does suck.

    1. Quality clothing cost more money. It is wheee material are sourced, how it is manufactured, who is manufacturing it, and the place selling it.

Start small. Buy a pair of quality pants and a top.  Next month buy another top, then some accessories. Build out a small core wardrobe of things you want to wear frequently, and are of a higher quality.

    2. So figure out what you do like and wear and get rid of the stuff that you don’t. Then you can go looking for a few good pieces of clothing that are good quality and look good on you – whether in thrift stores or new.

Why do you focus so much emotional energy on what other people do in their own homes? Nothing is stopping you from having a small wardrobe in your own closet.

    4. If you hate having so many clothes, you should just go through all of your clothes and sell or donate anything that you don’t want anymore.
