After spending months waiting they claim the purchases were mine becsuse of the area the transactions were made because the physical card was present where the chip and pin were authenticated at the merchants terminals
They said I didnt report the card lost or stolen that I still had it present with me. If you look at my transaction history over the years I have had tbe card 99% of transactions are made at 1 location and the amount is for 75 to 100 a month. This card had over $2]00 worth of purchases in less than 10 days.
They claim i m the one with the card who made all these transactions. 1 location i called had sent me a receipt showing that out kf 175 dollars worth of transactions 150 dollars was used to buy gift cards.
Also I work many hours and 50% of the transactions made were made while I was physically at my work and not at the establishment where the transactions were taking place. I have the day and transactions tims of when the card was swiped. ..
Any information would be extremely helpful in resolving this case that tbey claim thise transactions as mine when they werent.
Lost dispute. They claim all purchases were mine!!!

does anyone else have potential access to your wallet? child/roommate/SO/parent? That could have used your card without you knowing?
Chip and pin transaction disputes for fraud are almost always rejected. Typically it requires both physical access to your chip card and stealing the pin. Saying that your card was never physically lost or stolen was a big red flag.
These cases are (from what I’ve heard) almost always remorse purchases, friends/family/close associates, or crazy poor operational security.
You can escalate to the CFPB if you feel you were treated unfairly, but the odds may be against you given the circumstances.
