Why aren’t there any Allstate Claims adjusters in sacramento, CA, where I live? Apparently, only insurance agents offices are local. If your dog ALLEGEDLY bites someone, the claims adjusters are too far away to be affective. What have you experienced with filing a claim? Were they affective?

What do you expect a local adjuster to do? As long as they’re licensed in the state, any liability allegations are basically insurance companies vs insurance companies vs lawyers vs lawyers and they’ll all be working in front of their computers anyway.

Or are you expecting an adjuster to come and euthanize someone’s dog? Because that’s not what adjusters do.
