A tesla was going 19mph in a parking lot and a Mazda backed out from behind an f350 without pausing to yield to passing traffic won't it could see around the f350. The Mazda pulled out into the middle without stopping and the Tesla's front right bumper and fired scraped the back bumper of the Mazda. Who's at fault?
