Looks Like when my heirloom pimentos crossed with Red kidney beans.

Water them for 12 hours and then cook them for 75 minutes.

Then use them die Chili, bean soup or whatever.

fire beans, feuerbohnen, cook like any white bean. they wont keep thier spots and will turn a brown color. But lucky you, they are deliciois. are they fresh?, boil with saltwater and sage, drizzle with olive oil.

    3. Look like red kidney beans.

I prefer the soak over night, wait until plump and then cook as normal.

Or direct cook, will take longer.

Don’t add other ingredients until fully cooked a

These are dried pinto beans. They’re great! But they do take a little time. This is the basic method (from allrecipes.com)

Clean and Soak: Place 1 pound of dry pinto beans in a bowl, and pick out any rocks or beans that are broken. Cover with water at least two inches above the beans. Let them soak for at least 8 hours or overnight. They should double in size. Add more water if the beans begin to stick above the water line.

Drain and Boil: Drain the beans and put them into a large lidded pot with 10 cups of water. At this point, you can also add any spices, except salt, or aromatics you’d like. Bring the pot to a boil, reduce heat to a low simmer, cover, and cook for 2 hours.

After that you do what you want. Basic and cheap is to mix them with a cup of rice, add spices to taste and eat. Or make chili or tacos or whatever. But I’m cheap and boring and I make plain rice and beans almost every day and I love it.

Edit: sorry I just saw there is some kind of white bean below them. Maybe navy? It doesn’t matter- the same cooking method applies.
