Explain what you mean by exhausted all subs. Have you had a Gold SUB before? Or are you in pop-up jail?

Depending on when you last received one, you may not get a *signup* bonus, but I’ve consistently had luck getting regular *upgrade* bonuses. Have downgraded then upgraded multiple times for many Gold bonuses over the years. YMMV, since they’re very targeted and you have to be patient.
