Temporary budget car for going to nearby places

My santro xing just came to the end of its life as it turned 20 this year. I already own another car (city) but i need a compact car for visiting nearby places as i dont wanna take out my long ass city for nearby places where parking is already scarce. I usually drove my santro like 4 times a week that too for a maximum of 3 km a day (its used mainly for going to the gym and nearby shops that are under the radius of 2km). Its also basically like a practice car for kids to learn driving on and experiment. But now im suddenly in a need of a new (used) car to fulfil my needs for the next 3 to 4 years at max. Post that i will either resell the car or scrape it. My budget is low for obvious reasons (max 2L), only constraints are that it should be first owner, should be manual petrol and dual airbags would be nice. Anything post 2010 with less than 80k kms should work.

Ive explored cars24, carwale, cardekho and spinny. I found a decent listing of Honda Brio that fits my budget and constraints. Im a bit biased towards honda. Im looking for more inputs as to which car i should go for. I want reliability of course dont wanna spend a lot servicing a car im not gonna use for even 3 years. Appreciate it!
