State Farm has new claim associates that work 24/7, and what are called “Express” level reps that work Saturday and Sunday until 5. (Call them at 855-341-8184. Provide the automated system your claim number. If it routes you to a specific adjuster’s voice-mail, your claim is not with Express. In which case, you will be required to wait until Monday.)
Short answer, from a former Associate – if you’ve put the claim in on the app, and carry “Collision” coverage, for whenever your car is damaged, the app should allow you to set up repairs with a local shop near you.
If you don’t carry collision coverage, then your claim may need to be investigated to determine what coverages you DO have, and how they apply, if at all.
If you don’t carry Collision, or Uninsured Motorist Property Damage coverage (depending on your area, the UMPD coverage may not even be offered), then you’re unfortunately not going to get anything out of State Farm. You’d need to find the guy that hit you, get his insurance info and file a claim with his company. Or, in the event that he’s uninsured, sue him.

However, those chances are slim to none.
