After I change an insurance, I have a chunk of change that supposed to be refunded to me because my insurance went down. Three years ago I had this credit card that I put as an automatic payment. Although there has not been any transaction with that credit card for three years and I’ve always make plans with a different credit card. They insist that they’re only way they can send my refund is to that closed account. There’s no other way. I reached out to the bank and they said you close this account three years ago and there’s no way would be able to receive the money. Progressive insist that they send the money to that bank account and has not been returned yet. I have never got a refund and they insist on sending a card that I use three years ago. So stubborn and they gonna keep my money. Nothing I can do about it.
