I’m currently in a 9–5 and honestly can’t imagine doing this for the next 30 years.
I’ve wanted to start my own business for a while, but I keep getting stuck on one thing, choosing what to actually do.
There are so many options that I end up going in circles and committing to none of them.
For those of you who’ve built a business, how did you land on one idea and stick with it?
Was it trial and error, gut feeling, or something more structured?
How did you choose your industry niche?

I work in my field and felt I could do the same thing, but better. Went out and opened a company at 25 years old. Sold that company at 57 7 months ago and retired
There is no magic formula. Its what you, what you’re good at and what you can make money at.
Pick the problem you’d work on for free. That’s usually the right niche.
