So when I did financial aid for my school I got a Parent Plus Loan and got the payments deferred 6 months after I graduated. I graduated around 3 months ago and found out Aidvantage has been asking my mom for payments since December (she doesn’t check her email). She is now delinquent and her credit score is now tanked and we’re both really scared and worried. Is there anything we can do? Does this happen sometimes and can my mom get her credit score back?
