I received a letter from Aidvantage advising that my IBR period will expire soon and I need to submit my application to re-certify by 05.17.26. When I go to the Aidvantage website, I cannot find a copy of this letter.
I went to the Student Aid website. There is no date shown by "Loan Repayment Plan IDR Plan Anniversary Date" and the "Loan Next Payment Due Date" is 11/30/2028.
Which website do I rely on? How do I know if I still need to re-certify by 05.17.26?
