I was rear ended and have proof that other party admitted to lying about who was driving. The claim was denied but with fake details.
Where do I go to sue other party for lying about what happened during accident?

Why wouldn’t you give it to the insurance company? If it’s legit they’ll take it into consideration. Give it to your insurance so that can use it in the subro evidence. No attorney is going to take this. Unless you pay legal costs out of pocket.
Probably small claims court. Depends on the state. They all have different limits and your damage may exceed that. If it does, you’ll need to get an attorney.
If you have collision coverage, just use it and avoid wasting the time, energy, and money pursuing the other party.
If you gave it to the at-fault insurance and they still denied liability, then go through your own policy and let them subrogate. way easier than litigation
