They focus too much on sweetness and not enough on actual chocolate flavor. I’d rather have something less sweet but richer and more real.
The pain is clear, but I’d test if people care more about sugar, additives, or taste first. Leadline can help find threads where people complain about premixes and see which issue repeats most.
