Aidvantage Payment Question

Hi,

My payment due dates are always the 3rd of each month, but when I went to pay (literally today, the 3rd at 12:50am) it showed that I had "Past Due" amounts? Are payments not due at 11:59pm on the due date? If that's the case, why would the due date not be for the 2nd of each month? I emailed them about it since the chat isn't working, but wanted to hear from others. Hopefully I won't need to pay the fees because I'm genuinely confused about the due date not being by the end of the 3rd.
