Passphrases and probabilities

Any randomly generated bip39 seed phrase could potentially be guessed, brute forced or by sheer luck generated again. I’m not saying that it’s is likely or highly probable, just that it is not impossible.

My question is: if you use a passphrase along with your 12/24 words, is it theoretically possible that any other combination of words (without passphrase) would result in the same private key?
