Hey guys, I’m about 24 years old and I’m looking to put some, but not a lot of money into some bitcoin. SoFi started allowing its customers to invest in crypto, so I have the opportunity to do so. Are there any type of cryptocurrency that will be perfect to hold for long term? I’d really appreciate it.

Don’t leave your Bitcoin on an exchange… that defeats the whole point of Bitcoin and exposes you to counterparty risk.

Store your Bitcoin in a [wallet](https://bluewallet.io). For significant amounts, consider getting a [hardware wallet](https://trezor.io).

I have never heard of SoFi. [Strike](https://strike.me) is usually the best for buying Bitcoin. They have low fees, and free Bitcoin withdrawals.
