Hi guys, I'm seeking ideas or advice on how best to invest or use money to build wealth. I'm currently on about 1700/week income. Have a PPOR worth about 850k with abiut 460k in debt on the house.

I am looking at having about 400k to invest within 12 months and potentially another 100 – 200k within 18 months.

I am tossing up between paying off the house near completely, buying an investment property, I could rent this property for about 750/a week, positively geared, or maybe even build a house to sell immediately to generate further income and repeat

I'm 38 and have about 550k in super

Any insight or suggestions would be good.

at 38 with 550k in super you’re already ahead of most people tbh. the real question is what your risk tolerance looks like and how hands-on you want to be over the next decade.

property, equities, paying down debt — all have tradeoffs worth thinking through with a proper financial advisor who knows your full picture.
