Parking lot accident liability MA

I was driving straight in a fairly large (can hold 100+) farmers market parking lot. The lane was sufficient to handle two way traffic and I was on the my right side (photo verified). I see this car heading for me head on start turning to the right, stop, honk the horn and she continues forward into my vehicle

Now she trying to say I was “turning a corner and we were both in motion” photos show me clearly on correct side of road almost in the parking spot w nearest road boundary to her being 15 ft to her right. She concedes she was driving straight and we were both driving slow.

Per 211 CMR 74 shouldn’t she be presumed 50% at fault for violating #9 operating on wrong side of road and #20 violation of chapter 89 (ch 89 sec 1 meeting vehicles)

No dash cam or witnesses. Road maintained but unmarked, 3rd party claim so dealing w her insurance directly.
