Plus so, so much more that isn’t pictured.

College move out was this weekend, which I only figured out after someone mentioned it today. We don’t live in a big college town but we have a smaller one. We are so happy with these finds.

We just overcame homelessness after living in our car and a tent for 4 months with our two young kids. We finally found an apartment and saved up enough for the rent and deposit with both of us working alternate shifts at work. We are essentially starting over now, so we really needed most of these things. We ended up listing a few of them for sale but we decided to keep most, because having some of this is making our apartment feel less empty and more like home.

    More photos in comments.

We went out during college move out to look for food, because we are legitimately going hungry right now. We didn’t find any, but we did find all of this.

The move out also generally is over the week, so it’ll be worth checking again. The college in my smaller town usually gets me tons of food. Mostly canned and pantry like items that I’ll take to the food bank after I pick through it.

    5. So glad you’re setting up and settling in. Also, please use food banks another resources to feed your family. You deserve it. And good luck.
