Almost every credit card ( well every credit card other than the B&H Comenity) gives a grace period ( at least once but usually more if you are in good standing ) especially if you happen to miss the payment cutoff time and pay immediately after. But not Comenity – not even once. They said they would waive the late fee and to call back on the interest. They hadn't waived the late fee and had to remind them. I paid just after the cut-off. Yes my bad but life happens ( I was traveling ) and other banks seem to understand this. So in comparison to other credit cards they fall short in customer service. Given this is tied to B&H whose customer I've been since 1992, they deserve to mentioned as well since they promote this. I've been buying from B&H when I can to support them even when shipping sometimes takes longer since the world seems to mostly use Amazon with prime shipping. But in return they don't support their customers and I wanted to call that out.
