I’ve been with State Farm the past 6 years, and my insurance still seems to stay high. I’ve never been in a wreck, I have zero tickets and I just turned 30. I also bundle my renters to kind of bring it down a little bit. Should I just straight up ask my agent try and lower it some, or should I shop around first and then tell them my other offers?

How can I get my insurance lowered?

With every carrier, the rate is the rate so the agent can’t do a thing unless you remove or reduce coverages. Go to an independent agent that works with many carriers. They will shop you with everyone.
